Finances and Insurance

Finances:

 

Payment for professional services is due at the time dental treatment is provided. This includes deductibles and co-insurance. We are  in network with many insurances. As a courtesy, we will also file insurances that we are not in network with. We accept cash, personal checks, and most major credit cards.

 

We create an individualized treatment plan for all patients.

Our treatment coordinator will review the recommended treatment and the estimation of your dental insurance reimbursement.

 

Every effort will be made to provide a treatment plan that fits your timetable and budget and gives your child the best possible care.

 

 

Insurance:

 

Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary greatly, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts.


Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services and allow them 45 days to render payment.  After 60 days, you are responsible for the entire balance, paid-in-full.

If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.

 

We are In-Network with most Insurance Companies and we also accept CareCredit.

 

We are also a preferred pediatric dental provider with the following insurance companies:

We will also be happy to file all traditional dental insurance for you. Our staff will fully attempt to help you receive full insurance benefits. However, you are personally responsible for your account and we encourage you to contact us if your policy has not paid within 30 days.
